Douwella’s traditional doula support package is $1,500. Douwella also offers services on payment plans. Please email us for more information.
+ What training does a doula have?
Knetta has completed a DONA International approved doula training and is a certified birth doula with DONA International.
+ Will hiring a doula make my partner feel left out?
Absolutely not! Douwella works with your partner to help comfort, encourage, refresh, and sustain birth givers throughout the labor process. Partners and doulas are a TEAM!
+ I want a medicated birth, is Douwella for me?
Yes, Douwella supports birth givers that desire a medicated birth. If you choose a medicated birth, Douwella can assist you with pain management and other coping mechanisms prior to and after recieving your medication.
+ Does Douwella attend birth center births?
Yes.
+ Does Douwella attend home births?
Yes. The presence of a midwife or healthcare professional is required.
+ Are there any limitations to Douwella's doula services?
Yes, as a certified doula, Douwella does not...
